1. **Arrival policy
The room is available from 5:00 pm onwards, except in the case of early check-in.

1. **Check-out policy**
The room must be vacated by **12:00**, except in the case of late check-out (*additional charges may apply*).

1. **Rates and payment**

**4.1** Payment for the stay must be made in accordance with the terms and conditions indicated at the time of booking, such as the total amount, any service charges and any applicable cancellation conditions. Cancellation and modification conditions vary according to the type of booking and rates selected.

4*.1.1: STANDARD FARE*: STANDARD FARE
All reservations must be guaranteed by a **valid credit card** on the date the stay begins.

- A deposit of **30%** of the total amount will be taken at the time of booking.
- **The balance, 70%** of the total amount, will be taken **14 days before your arrival**
- **A deposit of €400** will be charged to your credit card on the day of arrival.

⇒ **Modifications**
If you wish to change the dates of your stay, please contact us directly. We will do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability.

⇒ **Cancellation**
**No cancellation fees apply before 6:00 pm** (local time), up to **14 days** before arrival. After this date, the full amount of the reservation will be due.

Cancellations made before this date will result in a refund of the payment made at the time of booking.

4*.1.2: NON-CANCELLABLE* RATES
All reservations must be guaranteed by a **valid credit card** on the date the stay begins.

**100% of the amount** will be charged at the time of booking

A deposit of **400€ will be blocked** on your credit card on the day of arrival.

No modification is possible for this rate

⇒ **Cancellation**
Any cancellation on your part will incur a cancellation fee, to be paid in full by the traveler, with no possibility of reimbursement. Cancellation fees correspond to the total amount of the reservation.

**4.2** Additional charges, such as local taxes, service charges or security deposits, may apply. These will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.

3. **Responsibilities of travelers**

**5.2** Travelers are responsible for the cleanliness and condition of the accommodation during their stay. Any damage caused to the property will be charged to the traveler.
